Your details will not be passed on to any third parties, but held by Second Sight Productions in order to send you updates, brochures and future offers. Please advise us in writing if you do not wish to receive this information.

Credit Card Security
Credit/Debit card transactions are processed securely by Paypal Pro and the information is stored only until the transaction is completed and despatched. They are then deleted; therefore you will need to input your details on your next visit to our website. Your card information is not held on our web site.

Guarantee/Returns/Exchange
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, please contact us in the first instance. Products then returned to us in ‘as new’ condition within 30 days will be exchanged or refunded in full. Any goods returned outside these criteria will be subject to our discretion.

Out of Stock Items
We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil any part of your order and endeavour to post the balance as soon as the product is available. Alternatively, we will issue a refund if the product is not expected to arrive within a reasonable time.

Delivery Policy
Your order will be despatched within 5 days of receipt (normally within 48 hours), unless we notify you otherwise. Goods will be delivered within 10 – 14 days in the UK(normally 3 – 5 days) and within 21 days outside UK. Please advise us if delivery does not occur within this time frame.
